EHS coordinator • Dawakin Kudu, Kano State

Vacancy available: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. The job is at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Full-time with occasional weekends.
