Presser — Humphreys County

Join our team: we are hiring a presser in Humphreys County, Tennessee. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
