Formwork carpenter — Chaves County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Chaves County, New Mexico. The role involves: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
