We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
