Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel 3+ years on the tools preferred.
