Membrane applicator — Orange County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Orange County, New York. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
