Forklift operator — Rensselaer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a forklift operator in Rensselaer County, New York. You will be based at a freight and logistics depot. On a typical shift you will transport raw materials and finished goods between bays; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics. You should have: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
