Brickwork mason wanted in Pitt County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Pitt County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
