Cake decorator wanted in Clearwater County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Clearwater County, Minnesota. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
