Plant operator (dozer) — Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Grant County, North Dakota. You will work on a road construction project. You should have: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant You will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
