Urgent requirement: shuttering carpenter (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Delaware County, Iowa. The role involves strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. Requirements: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
