Tracked excavator operator — Russell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Russell County, Virginia. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control The role involves: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
