Banksman — Dandume

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Dandume, Katsina State. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites You will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
