JCB operator — Cleburne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Cleburne County, Arkansas. The job is on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise The role involves: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
