Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Jefferson County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
