Canteen cook — Beauregard Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
