We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Linn County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
