Scullery hand • Jackson County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jackson County, Colorado. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
