Overlocker operator • Renville County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Renville County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy garment factory. The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus 1+ years on the tools preferred.
