Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Greene County, Georgia. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
