Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Oswego County, New York. The role involves: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
