Flatlock machine operator wanted in Benton County

Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Benton County, Missouri. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
