Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Orhionmwon, Edo. The job is at a manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry.
