CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Preston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Preston County, West Virginia. You will work in a toolroom. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day to day you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control.
