Vacancy available: we are hiring a general labourer in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Day to day you will pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
