Prep cook — Rio Grande County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Rio Grande County, Colorado. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
