Powder coating line operator — Sac County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Sac County, Iowa. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
