Quality control inspector • Posey County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Posey County, Indiana. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. You will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
