Presser wanted in Thomas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Thomas County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Six days a week, one day off.
