Powder coating technician — Sussex County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Sussex County, Virginia. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
