Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Cass County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
