Ladle pourer — Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Cass County, Minnesota. The job is on the moulding line. On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Overtime paid at a premium rate.
