Insulation installer — Cumberland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Cumberland County, Virginia. You will be based on a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors What we are looking for: • Willing to travel between sites • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
