Fusing press operator — Grady County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Grady County, Georgia. You will be based in a garment export house. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory The role involves: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Give each garment a final press before packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Rotating shifts.
