PVC window assembler wanted in Bradford

Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Bradford, England. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Part-time with flexible hours.
