Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Lawrence County, Mississippi. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off.
