Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Harlan County, Kentucky. You will be based in an open-cast mine. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On the job you will handle: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations 6+ years on the tools preferred.
