Blocklayer wanted in Logan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Logan County, Illinois. You will work on a commercial construction site. Your main tasks: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb Ideal candidate: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Full-time with occasional weekends.
