Line cook — Mercer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Mercer County, West Virginia. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
