We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Boone County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Your main tasks: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
