Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Jeff Davis County, Georgia. The job is at a busy production line. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness 2+ years on the tools preferred.
