VMC operator • Beckham County, Oklahoma

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Beckham County, Oklahoma. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
