Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Part-time with flexible hours.
