Now hiring: we are hiring a lift erector in Crittenden County, Kentucky. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Day-to-day duties: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Part-time with flexible hours.
