Motor grader operator wanted in Pierce County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Pierce County, Georgia. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
