Chiller technician — Carbon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chiller technician in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds The role involves: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Overtime paid at a premium rate.
