CNC machine operator wanted in Ogemaw County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Ogemaw County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
