Rebar fixer — Lander County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Lander County, Nevada. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Your main tasks: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
