Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
