Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ado Odo/Ota, Ogun State. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 5+ years on the tools preferred.
